Back in May 2003, Jose Pepin García and his family opened a small factory on 8th Street in Little Havana and began to manufacture their own cigar lines, which included the well-known brand "Don Pepin Garcia". This year the company is celebrating its 20th Anniversary and for this special occasion; the Family brings you the "Don Pepin García-20th Anniversary - Limited Edition".
The Garcia family wanted a cigar that would be aged to perfection and representative of the milestone year. This Limited Edition comes in one size, Toro 6 1/2 × 52. This unique blend of tobaccos; features a combination of Nicaraguan grown Habano Oscuro wrapper and Nicaraguan binders and filler from family-owned farms in Nicaragua. The seed varieties in this blend include Corojo, Criollo, Habano and the ultra-rare and exceptional Pelo de Oro, all personally selected by Pepin and his son Jaime. This resulting in what can only be described as an extraordinary cigar. Classified as full bodied, it will surely leave a lasting impression on the palate of every smoker.
This commemorative cigar is presented in individually numbered boxes of 20, with completely unique and luxurious packaging, in a one-off, limited run of 5,000 boxes.
